Mister Cash is the Belgian market leader in electronic card payment. You can pay easily and secure for you products with Mister Cash. There will be no extra charge for Mister Cash payments.
Fast and secure payments with SOFORT banking. SOFORT banking operates in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. There will be no extra charge for SOFORT banking payments.
Yes, you pay 21% VAT on all the products.

You will get an E-mail with a link and a Track & Trace code when your order is being shipped. With this link you can follow your products. You can also find your Track & Trace code on www.V1MX.nl in ‘my account’ at the details of your order. If you don’t have an account you can follow your product with this link: Track & Trace.

If the products are in stock the delivery time will be two working days. If the products are not in stock the delivery time will be seven working days. The delivery time for special ordered or custom made products is three weeks.
Products will be shipped by DHL. DHL operates with a Track and Trace system so that you are always aware of the status of shipment. Once the code of the package is known to us, you will receive an E-mail with the Track & Trace code. The Track & Trace code can also be found at ‘my account’ on the website. If you don’t have an account, you can track your package here.
No, it’s not possible to pick up your package.
An order can be canceled or changed by sending an E-mail to: email@example.com. It is not possible to cancel or change the order when the products are already being shipped. If you want to return your product but it is already being shipped you can return your package as soon as you receive it. A product can be returned within 30 days after the product is ordered. Packages can only be returned if the products and packaging are not used and not damaged. Click here for more information about returning a product .

Please note! Electrical items, CDI modules, ignition systems and custom made items cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
Return shipments are the risk of the purchaser. V1 MX can’t be hold responsible for lost or damaged products due to return shipments. The purchaser is also responsible for shipping costs.
Return shipments can be send with the return form on the back of the invoice. The return form can also be found here. Fill in the return form and put it in the package and send the package to the following address:
The refund will be send after the returned product is received by V1 MX. The money will be refunded to the account from which the product is paid.
V1 MX will send the money back within 5 working days after the package is received.
Please send an E-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. The subject of the E-mail should be ‘damaged product’ and please include the invoice number and the name of the damaged product in the E-mail. The damaged product needs to be send back to V1 MX. Click here for more information about returning the product. The new product will be made ready for shipment. As soon as the damaged product is received the new product will be send.
Please fill in the return form. The return form can be found on the back of the invoice or you can download it here. On the bottom left side of the return form you can fill in the wrong product you received. On the bottom right side you can fill in the product that you need. You will receive a fee of €6.75 for the return shipment and the right product will be send to you for free. Click here for more information about return shipments.
As soon as an order is placed you will get an E-mail with a confirmation of the order.
In the top right of the website you can click on ‘login’. When you click on login you got two choices: ‘Create an account’ and ‘login using an existing account’. Fill in your E-mail address at ‘Create an account’. When you filled in your E-mail address click the button ‘create an account’. After that you can fill in your personal information. Click on ‘register’ and your account is created.
To change your account information you first have to login on the website. When you logged in you should click your name at the top right of the website. This will bring you to ‘My account’. By clicking on ‘My addresses’ and ‘My personal information’ you can change your password, E-mail address and shipping address.
First of all you need to click on ‘Login’ in the top right of the website. After that you need to click on ‘Forgot your password?’. Here you can fill in the E-mail address of the registered account. We will send a new password to the E-mail address.
